National Fitness Day 2020
We celebrated National Fitness Day which gave us the chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping us raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthy lives. At Holy Trinity we used the day to raise awareness of physical activity, as part of our Active 30:30 programme, which aims to get children up and moving. Everyday at school we ensure that, on top of their breaks and PE lessons, children have at least 30 minutes of activity in their day and hope that at home our families provide the children with at least another
30 minutes. Please be as active as you can.
